چکیده

Transferable conditional electronic-cash (e-cash) allows a payer to spend an e-cash based on the outcome not known in advance. It also allows a payee to spend the e-cash to others, or deposit the e-cash to a bank based on the future outcome. Among security properties, the anonymity of the payer has been widely studied. However, the payer is linkable in the existing conditional e-cash schemes. This paper presents the first optimally anonymous and transferable conditional electronic-cash (e-cash) system based on two recent cryptographic primitives, i.e., the Groth-Sahai(GS) proof system and the commuting signatures, to obtain the user’s unlinkability and optimal anonymity. A publisher is introduced to publish the conditions, and is firstly formalized. By dividing the deposit protocol into two parts, the anonymity of the user is obtained in the deposit protocol. Compared with the existing conditional e-cash schemes, this scheme has the constant size for the computation and communication. Finally, we give the security proof in the standard model.

Improvement of Efficiency in (Unconditional) Anonymous Transferable E-Cash

The practical advantage expected from transferable e-cash compare to non-transferable is the significant reduction of the interaction number between the bank and the users. However, this property is not fulfilled by anonymous transferable e-cash schemes of the state-of-the art. In this paper, we first present a transferable e-cash scheme with a reduced number of communications between the bank ...

Anonymous Transferable E-Cash

Cryptographic e-cash allows off-line electronic transactions between a bank, users and merchants in a secure and anonymous fashion. A plethora of e-cash constructions has been proposed in the literature; however, these traditional e-cash schemes only allow coins to be transferred once between users and merchants. Ideally, we would like users to be able to transfer coins between each other multi...

Conditional E-Cash

We introduce a novel conditional e-cash protocol allowing future anonymous cashing of bank-issued e-money only upon the satisfaction of an agreed-upon public condition. Payers are able to remunerate payees for services that depend on future, yet to be determined outcomes of events. Once payment complete, any double-spending attempt by the payer will reveal its identity; no double-spending by th...

Conditional e-payments with transferability

We introduce a novel conditional e-cash protocol allowing future anonymous cashing of bank-issued e-money only upon the satisfaction of an agreedupon public condition. Payers are able to remunerate payees for services that depend on future, yet to be determined outcomes of events. Moreover, payees are able to further transfer payments to third parties. Once payment complete, any double-spending...
